Butterfly Flutterby - October 18, 2008
Calling all kids - come to Grapevine to celebrate the migration of the Monarch Butterfly from Canada to Mexico. Grapevine is on their path! This fun-for-the-whole-family event includes releases of butterflies and a Gossamer Parade. New this year, join the fun at the Historic Cotton Belt Railroad District 701 South Main Street, you'll enjoy butterfly exhibits, gardening seminars and all sorts of interactive butterfly arts and crafts and entertainment. The Parade will line up at 9:30 AM at Liberty Park (corner of East Wall and Main Street) and proceed down Main Street to the Cotton Belt Railroad District.
