The Wine & Gallery Trail begins with each of Grapevine’s winery tasting rooms opening their doors in celebration of this year’s new vintage release wines. Enjoy tasting the new wines, live entertainment and food offerings.

* Texas Claret - NV - Texas Claret is made from cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc grape varietals. Its peppery finish makes this ideal wine to serve with any spicy food such as mexican, pepper steak, and our famous Texas cuisine.
* Sweet Texas Red - NV - This newly formulated sweet wine has become a favorite of our local wine tasters. Served chilled or at room temperature our sweet Texas Red is suited as a dessert wine or by itself.

*Sangiovese Reserve – NV - This ain’t your grandfather’s wicker basket Chianti. The quality of wine that this grape manages to produce never ceases to amaze me. Orange rind, red currant, pomegranate, and Bing cherry with a bit of spiciness on the finish. Pair with sweet Italian sausage in marinara over penne pasta.
*Pinot Noir – NV- A lighter version of an extremely temperamental grape; sensually expressed by the dialogue between Miles and Jack in the 2004 movie "Sideways". Bing Cherry (lots of it), and a slightly earthy, almost gamey note is detectable here. Match the delicacy and texture of this Pinot Noir with: grilled salmon, plain roast beef, or any mushrooms based dish.
*Pinot Grigio – NV- Gentle aromas of, apple and pear dominate the bouquet. The palate is vibrant, fresh and juicy with citrus & melon…strikingly crisp! How about a little ceviche...yummy!
*Lone Star Blanc –NV- This combination of Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc is clean and crisp with a bit of stone fruit,hay, and accents of grain, reminiscent of a good Greco di Tufo, finishing with flavors of dry heather honey. Wonderful with shellfish!
*Sunset – NV- This slightly sweet Chardonnay is packed with juicy flavors of peach and apricot. A lighter style wine with plenty of succulent fruit flavor and natural acidity. Perfect for picnics or pool parties!
*Boot Scootin’ Blush – NV - This twist on White Zinfandel has been infused with kiwi and mango A beautiful balance of sweet and tangy notes. Great with spicy Thai, or Chinese food! *Sunrise – NV - Shiraz infused with cranberries, forthcoming with natural fruit sweetness, while accenting it with a bit of its intrinsic tart qualities. The contrasting flavors provide the wine with a nice balance, but also endow it with a bit of a kick on the finish. A gorgeous sipper!

* La Bodega Private Reserve Chardonnay - 2005 - Crisp fruit with just a hint of oak, this chardonnay pops with green apple, pear and apricot. If you are disillusioned with West coast imitations, try the real deal with an old world mouthfeel.

* Springtown Merlot L'Elegance - 2006 - A slightly off-dry wine, it bursts with ripe strawberry flavors. Made from 100% Texas Merlot grapes, it is the perfect wine for pool side sippin', light pasta or even sushi
*Springtown Viognier - 2007 - Classic, clean aroma of minerals, apricots and orange blossoms. Only 153 cases of this estate grown northern Rhone variety were produced. A great summer sipper.
*Springtown Sweet Amber - NV - Late harvest Chardonnay that has been barrel fermented. Blended with Pinot Blanc and Muscat Canelli which yields a fresh nose, almost honeyed sweetness, and a light crisp, yet smooth finish.
